Mr. JITENDRA PRAKASH SRIVASTAVA having a multifaceted personality is a graduate with post graduate qualification in Management. He brings with him a rich experience of more than thirty years in the fields of management, planning, maintenance of Railway Rolling Stock. Third Party Inspection and Quality Assurance of General Engineering Items, Machinery Plant & Equipment and critical as well as safety components. He has in depth knowledge of intricacies of design of components and various causes of failure during service. He has gained this experience while working in different capacities in various Govt. departments and Public Sector Undertakings such as Ministry of Railways, RDSO and RITES where he performed the management functions as well as formulation and finalisation of Tenders for various works.

At EliTes he always pursued to master his field of expertise.

Mr. Anant Srivastava has been working with EliTes India Pvt Limited for last 6 months in the capacity of Geotechnical Engineer. He Plays a vital role in the progress of the projects by liasionjng with other Engineers to develop design deliverables as agreed with the client and set the deadlines with the objective to get the desired outputs.

Meeting with the directors and conduct brainstorming session to understand and also present the concept design. Involved in-situ testing site to conduct risk analysis on projects with Senior Engineer on each project where I conducted material assessments and assigned geotechnical parameters prior to conducting design Preparation of preliminary designs and concept drawings for clients where required. He is also preparing reviewing both internal and external non-conformance reports and assisted with projects QA/QC project documentation.

Design and construction of hydraulic structures like Dam, Spillway, Aqua-duct, Bridges, and L.D. Syphon etc. As a chief engineer minor irrigation I have defined & decided design criteria for earthen check dam & puce check dam and same was distributed to engineers and was published in souvenir of U.P. minor irrigation Association. I was a president of Jharkhand Engineer Service Association for two terms. I Retired in September, 2007. I was honoured by 'ABHIYANTA VIBHUTI' in the Year 2008 by the Jharkhand Engineer Service Association. The honour was for the Good work I did while serving as a chief engineer of Jharkhand as well as for the Work I did for the engineer as a president of ' JESA.
