J. P. Srivastava having a multifaceted personality is a graduate with post graduate qualification in Management. He brings with him a rich experience of more than thirty years in the fields of management, planning, maintenance of Railway Rolling Stock. Third Party Inspection and Quality Assurance of General Engineering Items, Machinery Plant & Equipment and critical as well as safety components. He has in depth knowledge of intricacies of design of components and various causes of failure during service. He has gained this experience while working in different capacities in various Govt. departments and Public Sector Undertakings such as Ministry of Railways, RDSO and RITES where he performed the management functions as well as formulation and finalisation of Tenders for various works.
At EliTes he always pursued to master his field of expertise.
VIR BHAN SOOD (MD)
25 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and inspection with RITES Limited, premier Third Party Inspection & Consultancy Organization conducting Inspection / surveillance of stores valued more than 7000 corers per year. Prepared QA Plans / Check Sheets for various Assemblies / Sub-assemblies of Rolling Stock such as Passenger Cars, Bogies, Wheels, Tyros, Axles Wheel and Axle assemblies etc. Conducted inspection of apprx.16000 tons of 60 Kg UIC Rails in China and wheels & wheel sets in Romania besides inspection of Wheels, Axles, Tyres & Wheel sets and other M&P items in foreign countries. Supervised inspection of Rolling Stock and other engineering products. Organized and supervised Quality Assurance and inspection of machinery Plant and equipment procured against World Bank funded projects of Punjab Health System Corporation, West Bengal Health System, Maharashtra Health System Project and UP Health System during the period from 1999 to 2003. and on behalf of Oil Sector Clients such as Indian Oil Corporation Limited and IBP Co Ltd. Etc. Carried out quantum changes in the Design of IBP Totems to make them safer and operation friendly.

ANANT SRIVASTAVA
Director
Anant has a civil engineering degree from Delhi Technical University and did his masters from RMIT, Melbourne Australia His professional experience comes from his working with EliTes India Pvt Limited for last 6 months in the capacity of Geotechnical Engineer. Main roles in organisation has been Playing a vital role in the progress of the projects by lesioning with other Engineers to develop design deliverables as agreed with the client and set the deadlines with the objective to get the desired outputs.
Meeting with the directors and conduct brainstorming session to understand and also present the concept design.
Involved in-situ testing site to conduct risk analysis on projects with Senior Engineer on each project where he conducted material assessments and assigned geotechnical parameters prior to conducting design Preparation of preliminary designs and concept drawings for clients where required. As part of the requirement of the job he Have also been preparing reviewing both internal and external non-conformance reports and assisted with projects QA/QC project documentation.
